Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Below you will find details about our shipping process.

Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all orders. This service aims to deliver your parcel within 1–2 working days after dispatch and includes tracking and delivery confirmation.

Processing Time

Orders placed after 3:00pm Monday - Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, will be processed and shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
